Return & Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be issued unless a product is out of stock.
  2. Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. To protect both parties, we strongly recommend filming the unboxing process in case of missing or damaged items.
  3. Most of our products are made from natural materials, not mass-produced molds. Minor variations in color, shape, or size are not considered defects. We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal reasons, including mistaken purchases, scent preferences, failure to read product descriptions, misuse, or damage caused by handling.
  4. Please check your parcel promptly upon delivery. Claims for damage, missing items, or defects must be made within 2 days of receipt. All original packaging must be retained for any exchange requests; otherwise, we will not be able to process them.
  5. Each order is eligible for one exchange only. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items or any item that has already been exchanged once.
  6. For missing items, video proof showing the full package (all sides including top and bottom) and received products is required.
