Shipping Time and Methods
- No COD (Cash on Delivery): We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for any region.
- Shipping Providers: All products are primarily shipped via SF Express, Hong Kong Post, or international courier services.
- Free Shipping Offer: For orders to Singapore, if the total purchase amount after discount reaches SGD 350 or above, free shipping will be provided.
- Shipping Fee Adjustment: If the customer does not select the specified courier and fails to pay the correct shipping fee at the time of order, the customer will need to pay the difference before shipment.
- Shipping Methods Change: We may change the shipping method without prior notice, based on the actual situation, with the goal of delivering the product to the customer's provided address.
- Order Processing and Shipping Times:
- Our store is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- The stock status of each product is listed on its webpage, please check the stock status online.
- In-stock Products: Typically shipped within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please be patient and avoid rushing.
- Handmade Products: Production requires 2-4 days for creation and arrangement of shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please be patient and avoid rushing.
- Pre-order Products: For pre-orders, please refer to the pre-order period. After the total payment is confirmed, shipping will take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month after the pre-order period ends.
- Shipping times are subject to the courier's arrangements. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time, nor can we guarantee next-day delivery.
- Additional Courier Charges: The customer will bear additional shipping charges in the following cases:
- If changes are needed to the shipping details after the shipment has been made.
- If the customer fails to pick up the package at the designated time from a storage point (e.g., SF Express Smart Locker or SF Station).
- If the customer does not collect the package, resulting in a return to the sender, the customer will need to pay for both the initial and return shipping costs.
- If the tracking system shows the package has been delivered but the customer claims not to have received it, and since our responsibility is only to send the products as purchased, we will not send out a replacement for free. If necessary, the customer may place a new order.
- Order Shipping: After shipment, an email will be sent to the customer's email address with the courier tracking number. To track the order, simply visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when placing the order.
In general, we will make every effort to process the order within the estimated time, but we do not guarantee that the exact estimated time will be met. We are not liable for delays.
Payment Methods
- No COD: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, Alipay, PayMe, FPS, and Octopus. All orders will be settled in local currency. Bank transfers are not accepted for orders from Taiwan.
- Security and Address Consistency: For security reasons, the billing name and address must match the name and address associated with the payment card. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this requirement.
- Liability for Loss: You agree to assume full responsibility for any losses incurred during credit card transactions, and we are not liable for any part of the loss under any circumstances.
- Payment Method Changes: We reserve the right to change the payment methods for online shopping at any time without prior notice.
- Product Prices: The products and prices displayed on the website are for reference only and may change at the time of transaction.
Taxes and Customs Duties
We ship orders via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Shipping fees do not include any import taxes or customs duties. Your order may be subject to customs inspection, and the applicable import taxes and duties will depend on local regulations. You will need to pay these fees before delivery.
If you refuse to accept the goods or the order is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the return costs (including customs duties, taxes, administrative fees, and return shipping costs). We will not arrange for a reshipment until the shipping costs are paid.
We recommend that you inquire with local customs or other relevant authorities regarding import taxes and duties before placing an order.
Product Cancellation
- No Cancellations After Order Processing: Once we begin processing your order, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
- Possible Product Cancellations: Some products in your order may occasionally be canceled due to the following reasons:
- Out of stock
- Unable to process your payment details
- Unable to ship to your provided address
- Exceeding the purchase quantity limit
If a product is canceled due to changes, we will notify you via email or phone and arrange a refund.
